The niche is
the advantage.

Fifty years inside the superyacht sector. We advise the founders, brands and investors who wish to expedite what they need to know.

Superyachting is one of the world's most opaque industries. Most companies remain founder-owned from the boom of the dotcom decade. The market is maturing. Capital is arriving. The founders who act with clarity now will define who wins the next AI decade.

What we do

Four mandates.
One sector.

01

PE Advisory

We know the founders of most brands in this sector — not by reputation, but by fifty years of direct experience. We align PE ambitions with the right leadership teams and brands, fast. We cut through what documents cannot tell you. Our knowledge is not researched. It is lived.

02

Founder Exits

MBOs, LBOs, mergers and structured exits for superyacht SMEs founded in the dotcom decade. We specialise in founder-owned companies that are ready — or nearly ready — to transition. Deal structures that protect legacy and align management. Because continuity of leadership is the asset, not the obstacle.

03

AI Integration

We are not AI consultants. We are superyacht business operators who understand where AI creates real operational leverage. We assess your governance, identify integration points, recruit the right AI capability — and mentor them into your culture. You keep running your business. We close the gap.

04

AI Revenue Strategy

Where will your revenue streams be in 2030? We map the structural shift across marine services — AI, automation, blockchain — and position your brand to capture market share before your competitors see it coming. This is not trend-watching. It is strategic positioning for the next decade.

Calm.
Considered.
Clarity.

Our clients are referred to us by founders who have worked with us, by advisors who trust our judgement, and by sector stakeholders.

We have built companies in this sector, exited them, mentored those who followed, and watched the industry evolve from the first superyacht boom to the digital inflection point now underway.

That experience does not sit in a database or a framework. It sits in fifty years of relationships, decisions, and hard-earned pattern recognition. That is what we bring to every engagement.

Every mandate begins with an NDA. Every fee structure is fixed or performance-based — no ambiguity. If we cannot help you, we will say so plainly in the first conversation.

We work with a deliberately small number of clients at any one time. That is not a constraint. That is the model.

"We expedite your understanding of this niche — so you can act with confidence, not caution."

The Value

How we charge

We charge for initial consultations and take exploratory calls via introduction.

All engagements

Initial Consultation

Fixed fee. Conducted under NDA from the first exchange. No obligation beyond the session. We will tell you honestly if we are the right fit — and if not, who might be. If we are not, we will return your fee, less costs.

Exit & transaction work

Performance Fee

For founder exits, PE advisory and transaction mandates, a portion of our fee is structured on results. Our interests align with yours. We succeed when you do.

01 — PE Advisory

What PE support
looks like in practice.

Pre-Investment

Sector Intelligence

We do not research this industry. We have operated within it for five decades. We know which brands are founder-dependent and which have built genuine institutional capability. We know where the bodies are buried — and where the opportunity sits beneath the surface. That intelligence does not appear in an information memorandum.

Brand & Leadership Assessment

We assess the true drivers of value in any superyacht SME — whether that is a founder's personal relationships, a provisioning contract, a charter network, or a decade of operational IP. We identify where continuity risk lives and how to structure around it before heads of terms are agreed.

Market Positioning & Competitive Context

We map the competitive landscape as insiders — not analysts. We understand how sector consolidation is progressing, which categories are attracting capital, and where structural shifts in AI and automation are creating both risk and opportunity for existing operators.

Post-Investment

Founder Transition & Management Alignment

The single greatest risk in a superyacht SME acquisition is what leaves when the founder does. We manage that transition — working directly with the incoming management team to transfer relationships, institutional knowledge and operational authority in a way that preserves client confidence and staff stability.

Operational Readiness & Scalability

We assess internal processes, management depth and hiring strategy against the growth plan PE has underwritten. We identify where the business is operationally fragile and where investment in systems, people or technology will generate the most immediate return.

AI Integration & Revenue Positioning

For portfolio companies operating in marine services, we identify where AI and automation create genuine operational leverage — and where they represent noise. We recruit the right capability into the business, mentor it into the culture, and position the brand to capture revenue that competitors are not yet positioned to see.

Ongoing Sector Monitoring

The superyacht sector is opaque by design. We provide continuous intelligence — on competitor moves, relationship shifts, regulatory developments and market sentiment — drawn from a network built over five decades of direct participation. Not monitored. Lived.
